I have always been interested in the paranormal side of life from a skeptical viewpoint. I have been investigating paranormal activity since 2011 and have come to realize that we can communicate with the other side but we just have to be open and listen.
I love the history that surrounds each investigation and strive to authenticate each story about the people, buildings, and land. I have completed the online courses in Ghost Hunting through Hollow Hill.
My goal in each investigation is to help the lost souls cross over and bring them peace. I am a wife, mother, registered nurse and resident of North Alabama.
I have investigated the following places: Old South Pittsburg Hospital, Sloss Furnace, Octagon Hall, Thomas House, Woodruff-Fontaine Mansion, Waverly Hills Sanitarium, Eastern State Penitentiary, Old Fayetteville Hospital, Buchanan Log Home, Dutch Maid Bakery along with the cemetery, a private house and the old high school in Tracy City, TN, Maley Manor and Fort Blakeley, Alabama.

I have always had a skeptical interest in the paranormal rising from overheard snippets of adult stories and traipsing around old graveyards looking for Revolutionary and Civil War graves with mom as a child. I also have a fascination with the human mind and spirit. I love the histories of people, places and things. I am in the process of completing my PhD in Forensic Psychology and currently work in the mental health field. My religious faith, love of the mind and skepticism allow me to see various sides of any potential encounter.

I have been interested in the paranormal as long as I can remember, but I remain a skeptic. As children, my sister and I were taken around old cemeteries looking to do rubbings of headstones for Revolutionary and Civil War graves by our mother, possibly the cause of my love of cemeteries and headstones. I have experienced some phenomenon, particularly at a castle in Leith, Scotland in 2005 and then around the death of my father in 2008, who I still get visits from occasionally. I also recall seeing a Civil War soldier in the tower of the Blount Mansion in Knoxville, TN and a deceased relative at my grandmother’s home in Birmingham, AL. Around 2009, my sister Helen and I decided to start going on professional investigations and went to one at the Old South Pittsburgh Hospital in South Pittsburgh, TN. This is where we met Sue and one of her awesome daughters and that infamous bench was broken when an entity sat down next to us.

Originally from Oak Ridge, TN, I have lived in Nashville, TN for the past 25 years. I’m a personal injury paralegal by trade, and married to a native Nashvillian. We have two beautiful girl cats, Vanderbilt and Lucy, who both excel at cathood: sleeping, blepping, and knocking shit off tables while looking at us in defiance.
